**What you get.** Introductions to families in the club. A defined scope boundary. Direct contracting with the client under your own engagement and your own regulator. Country-level exclusivity in named markets, agreed separately. And a seat in the room, which is where the introductions actually happen.
What you pay. A fixed annual fee, the same for every firm in your category, invoiced whether or not we introduce anyone. No variable element geared to volume or value, no success element, no refund if no introduction occurs. Solicitors pay the annual fee and nothing else.
What you confirm. That your own regulatory regime permits the arrangement, and that you are responsible for your own client-facing disclosure. Solicitors are "required to inform your clients about any fee-sharing agreements you have and to have those agreements in writing", and "where a payment appears to be a referral fee, the onus is on you to show that a payment is not a referral fee" (SRA guidance). Accountants must obtain client consent to retain commission, and "the responsibility for making sure the consents and notifications are properly documented lies with the firm" (ICAEW).
What we ask of you. Member rates at or below your standard rates, a named partner who answers, and a straight answer when you cannot act.
