This site is operated by The Club London Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 15520552, at 5th Floor, 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF. The Family Governance Office is a trading name of the same company.
What this site is
It describes the club, the people in it and the work the office does. It is not an offer and it does not create a contract. Membership begins with an introduction, a conversation and an acceptance file, and the club may decline without giving reasons.
Event entries are records of things that have already happened. Photographs are of the club's own evenings, published where the people in them have agreed to it.
Nothing here is advice
The club gives no regulated advice: no legal, tax, investment or immigration advice, and no recommendation about any investment, scheme or jurisdiction. Where advice is needed it comes from a regulated firm, engaged by you, directly, under its own terms and its own regulator.
Nothing on this site should be relied on as a substitute for taking that advice.
Using the site
Use it for your own information. Do not attempt to break it, overload it or gain access to anything not meant for you, and do not collect its contents by automated means for reuse elsewhere.
What belongs to whom
The text, photographs, artwork, layout and marks on this site belong to The Club London Limited or to its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not republish, sell or adapt them without written permission.
The typefaces, and any third-party names or marks that appear, remain the property of their owners.
Links out
Where this site links elsewhere — to WhatsApp, to a corporate member, to a venue — that site is not ours and we are not responsible for it. The link is not an endorsement of anything on it.
Liability
We take care that this site is accurate and available, but we do not promise that it always will be, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site.
