Who is responsible
The Club London Limited is the controller of the personal data described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 15520552, at 5th Floor, 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF.
To ask anything about this notice, or to exercise any of the rights below, write to that address marked for the attention of the data protection contact, or message your Club Assistant on WhatsApp.
This site collects nothing
There is no analytics on this site. No advertising scripts. No tracking pixels. No embedded video or social widgets. Nothing you do here is measured, profiled or shared, and no cookie is set.
Online enquiries are not open: the form endpoint refuses every submission, and nothing typed into this site is stored or forwarded. The cookies page lists the few preferences the site remembers on your own device.
When you write to us
If you message the Club Assistant, we hold what you send: your name, your telephone number and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to answer you and, if it goes further, to arrange an introduction.
The lawful basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR, taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in answering people who approach the club. You can object at any time and we will stop.
WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. What Meta does with message metadata is governed by Meta's own terms, not ours. If you would rather not use it, write to the registered office.
Please do not send sensitive material first
Do not send health information, financial documents, passports or anything about a child over WhatsApp. Screening and the acceptance file happen after first contact, through a route built for it, under a separate notice given to you at the time.
Who sees it
The Club Assistant and the people at the club who need it to answer you. Nobody else. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not add you to a list because you asked a question.
Where a corporate member or a regulated firm goes on to act for you, you contract with that firm directly and it becomes the controller of what you give it, under its own notice.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Enquiry messages are kept in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. If that ever changes, transfers will rest on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision, and this notice will say so.
We keep an enquiry only as long as it is live, and no more than twelve months after the last message, unless it became a membership — in which case the membership agreement sets the period. Records we must keep by law are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, object to our use of it, and ask for it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what came before.
There is no charge. We answer within one month and will tell you if we need longer. There is no automated decision-making and no profiling on this site.
If you are unhappy
Tell us first — see the complaints page — and we will look at it properly. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at any time, and doing so does not affect anything else you can do.
