Two things to understand first.

It is a membership, not a project. The fee is annual and it buys a relationship with defined allowances — so many coordination hours, so many facilitated days, a written report each term. It does not buy a one-off deliverable that finishes and leaves next year empty.

The larger pieces are scoped separately. Placing a child at a specific school, facilitating a family assembly, drafting a constitution, auditing an existing family office. Quoted on their own, members only.

Everything above, plus a named Family Director, school and guardianship oversight with a written report every term, the 24-hour line, governance facilitation, term-calendar travel and screening access, and an annual family report.

Principal

For families across several countries: a dedicated team, larger allowances, and support for your own office.

All three are annual memberships. Fees are set out in the membership papers, which you receive after the first conversation. Every figure in them includes VAT.

The club is paid by its members and by its corporate members. How we are paid

The Family membership

1 · A named Family Director in London, with a mobile number and published response times, who does not change every quarter.

2 · School and guardianship oversight. You contract the accredited guardianship organisation directly. We watch it — school liaison, the exeat and half-term calendar, escalation, and a written report to you at the end of every term describing what actually happened.

4 · The line, twenty-four hours. Medical, school, safeguarding, security.

7 · Privacy and reputation. An annual review of the family's digital footprint, and device and account hygiene for the children.

8 · The closed formats. Principal-level sessions with a peer group at the same stage.

9 · University, and then adult life. Applications, offers, the move into halls or a flat, the bank account, the tenancy, the first job, the right to work.

10 · The readiness file. One maintained pack of documentation and source-of-funds evidence, kept current with your own advisers, so the next bank, school or landlord does not restart from nothing.

11 · The annual family report. Once a year, in writing: what was decided, what was done, where the children are, what is still open.

What is not in the tier. General concierge and lifestyle. Where you want it, we introduce a partner at member rates.
